Returns & Refunds Policy

In-Store Purchases

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, for in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind once goods have been delivered, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please ensure that the item suits your space before purchase. Measurements and access (e.g. doorways, hallways, staircases) should be checked in advance. Once delivered and accepted in good condition, goods cannot be returned for a refund or exchange based on suitability or preference.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods.


Online & Distance Sales (Cooling-Off Period)

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online or distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the goods.

Returning an Item

After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If an item is returned because it does not fit through access points (e.g. doors, staircases), and it is not faulty, a 10% restocking fee may apply. In these cases, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.


Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or receive proof of return.


Exclusions

Please note that the right to cancel or return does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items.
Sealed goods (such as mattresses) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
