Cooling-Off Period (Online & Distance Sales)
Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online or distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the goods.

Returning an Item
After informing us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If an item is returned because it does not fit into your home or through access points (e.g. doors, staircases), and it is not faulty, we may apply a restocking fee of 10%. In such cases, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
Exclusions
Please note the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Sealed goods (such as mattresses) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
